1. About ClarityEdge
ClarityEdge ("we", "us", "our") is a Gauteng-based business providing custom embroidery, event desserts, and corporate WhatsApp digitalization services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We offer the following services:
- Custom Embroidery: bespoke embroidered apparel and accessories for individuals, teams, and brands.
- Event Desserts: dessert tables and bespoke sweet treats for events across Gauteng.
- Corporate WhatsApp Digitalization: consulting and implementation services to digitalize business communication via WhatsApp.
All service agreements are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are subject to availability.
3. Enquiries & orders
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or contacting us on WhatsApp does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we provide a written quotation and you confirm your acceptance in writing, along with any required deposit payment.
4. Payments & deposits
- A deposit (as specified in your quotation) is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is due before delivery or event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept EFT and other payment methods as communicated on your invoice.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless ClarityEdge cancels the order.
5. Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the agreed delivery/event date.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event date may forfeit the full amount paid.
- Custom embroidery orders that have entered production are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of ClarityEdge and may not be reproduced without written permission. Custom designs created for clients remain the property of ClarityEdge until full payment is received.
7. WhatsApp communication
By contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive responses and service-related messages through WhatsApp. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages. You may opt out at any time by asking us to stop messaging you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ClarityEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
